The best time to go is Thursday nights if you can. Over the weekend we try to get there about 5:30.
We usually go a couple of times a year while camping. We have never had to wait more than a few minutes. We typically eat about 6 or 7.
The advertising is NOT clear at all. The buffet doesn't start until 5pm. We drove from Milledgeville looking to eat the buffet and it wasn't the hour for it. The wait time is not bad before buffet hour which starts at 5pm, there are only 3-4 booths, the others are tables. My cousin ordered the catfish and it was more hard fried skin then anything else. The salad bar was ok but wasn't it's freshest. Good luck
