Can you add cash to paypal.??

I found out that at rite aid, you can swipe and load with cash any prepaid card, and with paypal I believe it works also. I use the business debit as well and I know you can go to cvs and pay a fee to load cash to it, but yeah I guess I need to get a regular bank for these situations... what ever happened to cash :(

You can pay someone or a business with your PayPal if it's tied to your bank account, but in 10+ years of using the business edition, I have not seen a PayPal gift card or a Wal-Mart type entity offering that service otherwise. But, things change.
