How do you actually speak to a person? My problem cannot be solved by automation.

I went to the Verizon in the local office. I was greeted nicely. My problem was solved in less than 10 minutes.

The one at this location is an actual Verizon owned store. I recommended them rather than an authorized retailer. If you call customer service they have limited hours is what I have found, if you get to a person you can text with they are fairly helpful if they understand what you need. But you can also ask them to connect you to a person on the phone if it is during open hours. They close at 5pm EST from what I have found.

Same here i had to go to the verizon store only to be sent to another verizon store 15 miles away.
