Hello??,...Why is it my job to do (your) due diligence? "Your" is in reference to the Verizon store on Robert C Daniel Parkway. I had an appointment scheduled and made for me by a Verizon customer care representative. It was pre-scheduled a day in advance and the store location, (Robert C. Daniel Parkway), was selected by the Verizon customer care representative. When I got there, they were absolutely worthless!! No willingness to display good work ethics, no assistance to instruct or offer alternative solutions whatsoever! Useless employees that are a disgraceful representation of a business that at one time had a good reputation. Again,...let me ask Verizon; why is it the customers job to do your due diligence? Customer Service at it's worst possible level. In this Day and Age of instantaneous communications,...why have I not heard back from the management or the owners of this establishment? Pathetic!

Very nice staff very informative. looking for home internet fiz me up when I was told from customer service my area was not available. Goes to show you can't always trust companies customer service.
