Make sure you have them in one of the humane feral cat traps they provide. We brought a stray in one of our cat carriers and they would not accept it, despite that I had rented one of their cages already and returned one and made an appointment to drop off the cat. They did not tell me at any point that I would need to bring them in one of those specific cages despite having multiple opportunities for someone to do so. It was very frustrating and we had to let the cat go until we can afford to rent a cage again.
You have to call for appointments for any surrenders. Just so you know but yes they take surrenders as long as they can be handled it held.
