Why is it that the 9x12 roasting pan ( with rack ) i bought for christmas is already lossing its teflon on the inside ? I spent $100 or more for a pan to only last for a few times of use ?

What did u vlean it with? If a dcouring pad it will degrade

I guess it depends on what you cooked and how you cleaned. That a lot of times can lead to quickened degradation
