Never ever buy furniture from jc penny. Their service is the worst. I kept having to call them for updates. The delivery date passed by and my couches weren’t delivered. I called them and they said I had to call them first. They never told me this any of the times I had called them. The return and refund process is just as horrific. When I finally did get a delivery date they were missing a piece of the couch and I was so fed up at that point I told them to take the couches back. They wanna charge me a delivery fee when they were the ones who didn’t have the whole set. I am so fed up with jc penny and their slow service. I ordered it in July 4th. It’s September 2 and still dealing with this night mare

Incredibly well stocked and thoughtfully laid out. The personnel were very friendly but not bothersome the shoppers. The sales and clearance items were clearly marked and easy to find. Great selection of shoes.
