Seems the phones still don't work. Just spent 20 mins trying to get an answer. Called 4 times and waited through 5 minutes of ringing each time. Is this indicative of the service provided here? Have they closed?

The line may be disconnected/not current, but I assure you they have not closed.

I have gone there here in WS the day long until 9 pm included Saturdays but phone calls are not the best way to communicate

They are extremely busy at times and neglect answering the phone. I've seen them ignore calls when the fabric cutting line is long and they are swamped.
