Positives - Decent fitting rooms, Large Location, Well Stocked for Women's Clothing & Dresses, Men's Clothing and Kids Books. Lots of Kids Shirts for ages 5 - 10 and Kids stuffed animals. Negatives - Very limited amount of kids Newborn - 4T sizes, No pajamas in these sizes and not a lot of Kids/Junior Pants or Pajamas. While there are a lot of Stuffed animals in good quality there are not many toys. Kitchen and misc. stuff is a large area and just hit or miss depending on what you're looking for. Overall a 4 ⭐ because it is quite a large store.

Yesterday I quit my job, not because I wanted to but instead because I refused to be belittled and gaslit by the district manager ⚠️Kim Bledsoe⚠️. During my time at Goodwill Industries of Northwest NC my coworkers expressed to me their discomfort and fear of her and how they felt mistreated, but fear of being fired kept them from speaking up. So when she tried to come for me I quickly defended myself and even after it was brought to my attention that she was perpetuating lies to my coworkers to keep everybody angry with one another and when confronted with this she continued to lie. Now did I handle the situation the best no and I will own that, but NOBODY should have to go to work in fear and I spoke up. I will be calling EVERYDAY until I speak to HR about her tyranny and I will not stop until she is fired!

The store was very clean and organized but I feel the prices were a bit high at this store. I’ve been to 5 Goodwill stores around the Triad in the last week and this one’s price was double what I paid for stuff at other stores. There was an 8 inch vase that had a $14 sticker on it. You can buy it for almost that brand new. A few more home decor items were priced a bit high as well. There was a shelf with the front broken off, $30 price tag on it. I looked it up when I got home and the shelf is $45 brand new from Lowes, not broken. I did love how organized this store was as they had all their clothes in sections according to size, but no real organization to shoes.

They have tapes, if you go in on the bottom floor they're directly to your left past the books. The tapes are with the DVDs and CDs
