Love's don't charge. Seems all ta and petro have over half the lot pay to park,

I don't mind paying for parking. But if are going to let drivers park all over the place making it extremely hard to get in and out. Why charge ? Don't let these drivers fool you. They simply don't care.

I would suggest that you take that issue up directly to the manager at the site where you have a problem. There should be handicap spots that are relatively close to the entrance. If not management should put on notice.
