Arrived to pickup my rental and was told 20 minutes wait time for the car to be washed and cleaned, I took my wife and newborn to get food we took a good 30 minutes. I returned to enterprise and was told the exact same thing the car was not ready. Do not expect a smooth pickup.when we got the car finally it had expired tags. 10/3/22

I had a confirmation for 4 o'clock on Thursday and when I called, thank goodness before I drove an hour, I was told I was not available to have a car until Monday. The lady was nice enough on the phone and told me to call back a little later and she would try and squeeze me in on Friday. When I called back then I was told I could not get one until Tuesday, even A-day later. What a joke. Call Hertz or even the garbage Budget as at least they have cars when they tell you.

The website allowed me to reserve a vehicle after I had to have my personal car towed. When I went to pick up my reservation, agent said no vehicles available. Why did the website allow me to book a car when there wasn’t one available? Agent had no answers.
