You will need a picture i d like a work ID or school ID would need a piece of mail with your address on it birth certificate and your Social Security card
Go to the DMV they will take your picture I had a police report my purse was stolen my state ID was in it and all other ID the DMV issued me another state I D card I think I had a replaced debit car d I'm 80 yrs old
You most definitely do *not* need a photo ID to get a photo ID. That would be absolutely ridiculous, as most people couldn't fulfill it! You need: --Proof of address (e.g. a lease, gas or phone bill, bank statement, with your name and address on it) --Proof of signature (e.g. a signed debit/credit card, passport) --Proof of birthday (e.g. your birth certificate or a passport) --Social security number (usually your card) Those are the only four requirements - what I listed are just examples of what they accept to fulfill each one.
