Not directly. The only way to contact the manager is to either call, or contact him or her directly at the location where a manager is responsible for overall oversight of the venue. Besides, management is discouraged giving put personal information such as: direct contact numbers, or personal email information. In my opinion, I believe it best to speak with him or her, or at schedule an appointment so that he or she is available, and allows him or her to carve out some time to discuss your particular situation.
