Probably not as it would scare away the wildlife. We were requested to be very quiet near the falcon (by the many photographers there).
It wouldn't be nice for the other visitors. I, personally, would be furious if someone did that.
I dont know. There were several professional photographers there at the same time i was, but all i noticed were super large lenses.
