Go to the guest relations desk in the front or just call them first. They will accommodate any situation as long as you call them first. Go to their website and you should see a drop down menu and look for customer service department or special services and they should be able to help you. "GOOD LUCK AND HAVE FUN"
You buy the tickets right there at customers desk
They have a guest services center at the front of every park. You just need to stop in there and they will take care of you.

Are you talking about a disability pass? Yes, you have to go to guest relations at a park to ask for one of those.
I believe that you can go to the guest services building to get that.
