Why would you want to take a puppy to an amusement park? Who, or where would you leave it for you to be able to ride the rides? I do know they allow service dogs.

No, All of Orlando's theme parks only allow registered service animals. We have several pet friendly hotels and both Disney and Universal offer dog boarding.
