As of 12/30/21, annual passes are not being sold. There are payment plans when the passes are available.

No, but you can pay it off in small amounts as long as you pay in full a month before your trip. I suggest buying Disney gift cards at Target on their Red credit card. Then using the gift cards to pay off the trip.. That way you can save up to 5%.
