I have park hopper passes from 1999 with days left on them. How do I confirm what is left and possibly apply to additional passes?

Go to my Disney make an account add the tickets to the account it will tell you how many days you have left to us and when they expire. Plus with the app your u can do so much more at the Parks

Mick Securo | Dec 13, 2021

Go into "My Disney Experience" app. Hit the horizontal lines on the bottom right. This will open up various aspects of the park. Scroll down until you see "Chat with us." Open by tapping. Ask your question and they will get back to you with the answer.

Call them

I've actually heard this on the radio recently. Similar story and they honored the days. Double check to make sure, COVID has given businesses reasons to do stupid things. It's always best to check with the parks.

Call customer service and speak to a cast member

You have to go to customer service. Is at the entrance next to were you purchase the tickets.

penny Hinson | Dec 13, 2021

Call the reservation line. Maybe post a pic of the back of the ticket for them so they can scan it to see if there is anything left on it. But I think after a long time of inactivity, they may have deleted it.

We had 2 parks left on our Florida Residents Pass and they refused to give us credit towards new passes. Covid was not our fault...very disappointed, Disney usually makes sure the park goers are happy...

Ticks from 1999 I believe didn't expire but what ever days are left are still good however if the ticket has usage you cannot apply the under days towards something else eg annual pass or additional days. If you have unused tickets used them as they because it's a better value.

I bought my "lifetime" tickets in 1994. Went to guest services at Disney Springs and got them converted to the new digital tickets with thumbprint

Inas Celia | Dec 13, 2021

You need to contact guest service

Jane Burdette | Dec 13, 2021

Pretty sure the leftover days are long since expired. Guest services is your best bet

Paul Shaw | Dec 13, 2021

My understanding is that tickets only last upto 14 days after first use...

Derek Babcock | Dec 13, 2021

Go to guest services at Disney Springs or call guest services on phone but be prepared to wait over an hour
