Regular admission folks pay $25 to park the vehicle they arrive in. Unless larger like a motor home. Then it's more. If you are at a Disney resort, or an annual pass holder, then it's free

Depends if you are staying on or off resort property. Off resort, you still need to pay daily parking.

Yes. If you are staying off property, just walk to the nearest Disney Associated hotel and hop a ride for free. If you're not close enough to do that.... 25 bucks

Rental cars are not part of Disney so you are subject to parking same as anyone. There are differences if you are staying on property as you might just pay for parking at the resort. Overall rule would be to prepare to pay.
