We didn't see a single water fountain, and all drinks are overpriced, even for an amusement park. Yes, outside drinks allowed, and possibly even encouraged. I would suggest preparing for a day at Disney in the same way as a day hiking. Bring Gatorade, and bottled water. Some people even carry Camelbacks.
