The scooter is $60, but I think you get $10 when you return it. There's a place near the entrance to each of the parks where you rent them.
By the front entrance but if you have a travel package just call ahead to have that set up and charge your card.

Wheelchair rentals are $12/ day or $10/day for multiple days. There is a refundable $100 deposit. Check with wdw web site for details.

When we were there in January my mom was going to rent one, but it was $90 for the day. So ridiculous, she ended up not doing it. But there are companies outside the park you can rent from. They bring it to your resort and pick it up from your resort when your trip is over.
Not sure how much but you can rent them from a building right inside the front gate on the right.
At HS, the wheelchair rental is just inside the park entrance on the right. Looks like an old gas station.
12 bucks a day if undo the whole stay
Given the size of the parks, I think a scooter might be better, just rent from outside Disney. Florida Mobility was cheaper and better quality. They delivered to our Disney resort and picked up. Also, make sure to check in at the Lightning Lane for each attraction to get put in a virtual line. That way you don't have to weave your way through their very creative lines.
