Yes they have a drop off section right in front of the gates you're not charge to park if you tell them that you're just dropping off
You can drop them off at Disney Springs and they can take the bus from there, back and forth.
Drop off is in the Disney parking lot. From there they get to the main gate like everyone else. Just let them know you are dropping off and no parking fee will be charged.
I think it can but the person will have to walk a lot to get to the park
