Yes, they allow you to bring food and drink. Water bottles must be sealed unopened and no glass containers. All other snack allowed.

Yes. Most everything snackwise is allowed. Sandwiches, drinks, snack cakes, etc. Only real rule I know of is no glass containers. They will make you throw it out at security
