So if I got one of there packages I could only do the things that come in and not the whole park or if I got any package could I still do the whole park

Depends on the package, doing the entire park is like exploring the USA in a summer. If you got the 5 day package you could visit all 3 Kingdoms and the 2 waterparks spending a couple extra.nights in the Kingdoms. You can see many things, but not all, it's just too big.

Different packages different benefits!!

Plan on spending about days for each Park. You can do two Parks now Sahara Stanley and then save the other two for another time. On their Packages you can do what ever Park you like.
