From Disney's site- Strollers must be no larger than 31 inches wide and 52 inches long. TheDisney stroller and wagon policy changes are intended to help ease guest flow and congestion.

There are new guidelines in place from the 1st of May about the size of the stroller. You CAN take in your own stroller, but it cant be any bigger than 31 inches wide and 52 inches long. If it is a standard small 1 child stroller, it should be fine, but if it is more of a bulky one, I would double check the measurements
