You can take a Lynx bus. That is the Orlando bus system. There is a stop at Magic Kingdom and near Disney Springs.
Use uber/lyft to get to universal, it's very reasonable. We were also offered a separate shuttle service to universal called mears

Nope, they do not. You need to get special transportation from either an Uber, a Lyft, a taxi or some other shuttle bus that may be able from outside hotels.
Separate company who are in competion with each other. Take UBER
All buses go to Epcot first. Then can go by tram or ferry to desired location.. Always pays to map everything out , you want to do the day before. So the crowd doesn't get you , off your game plan
