I went to the Dollar Tree in Reynolda Manor and the cashier was not helpful at all. Is it true that cashiers only take the cash and know nothing about what's in the store? Sad customer service!

Most of the time it's hard to find something...the place is packed with everything. I have yet to receive help with finding something in particular. However the signs are handy and sometimes things sell out fast. I think there's always room for improvement. I like some of the deals they have on beauty items and cleaning supplies. I get some office items and some small tech like earbuds.

Inventory comes and goes so quickly that no one could possibly keep up with it all. There's never an excuse for being rude to a customer, but the same can be said for people who work in retail and customers treat them terribly. Working in customer service with people the way they are now a days, is a nightmare for the most part. Maybe they hed been having a bad day. BTW I go to DT weekly and I can't remember anywhere close to all the many, many items that they carry. Try another store if you continue to have any issues and I hope that you will be able to have a better understanding of what retail folks go through 😉

I agree with Sandra about the Reynolda Manor location. Employees are helpful there!
