Sorry, but when I go to Portillo's salad is the LAST THING on my mind. You are getting a full slab and a potato which is way more then i could eat. I get a half slab. Things may be pricey for extra's but they back it up with some GREAT food! So if you wanted a salad why not go half slab and order the salad problem solved no? It would come out to the price of the full slab. last I was in that location they advertised that you get a half slab free with full slab purchase. So still lost how you write a bad review because it does not come with a $3 salad. Not a worker of there just a Girl who deeply loves Portillo's.
With a rib dinner you get- either a full or half slab of ribs cooked to order, always fresh. You get a piece of fresh baked house bread, a side of made-in-store coleslaw, and your choice of either a baked potato, French fries, or onion rings. Unfortunately almost everywhere you go you will find "combo items" that only have certain substitutions. Our POS systems don't give us the option to substitute a salad for your side, just the three choices I listed up there. We are there to serve you, to do what we can to make your visit special.
