There is no fee. I would go a little earlier than 8 p.m. Personally I have found arriving at 7 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. would be better because the traffic gets to be very heavy and parking can be hard to find. (you might have to walk a little bit). But whatever the case, it is definitely worth all of that.
