Old town is free you can walk around you can go in and out of the stores you can get a drink you can get food the parking free the excitement's free and it cost to go on the rides but it don't cost the shop and enjoy the thrill of walking down center aisle

It is free to wonder around. It is full of shops/stores/restaurant s to go into. And there is a small theme parked with multiple rides that u have to pay to get on. I am not sure of those cost though. Car shows every weekend are free to attend.
