There were lots of people without masks. However the stores had signs asking people to wear masks inside the store. There is not a requirement to wear them when outside.
OMG 🤦 because ppl are sick of it and more importantly you're in the open air and it's completely safe... If you're really that scared stay home
Wasn't alot of people but some were some wasn't
For the most part it's very hard for some people to breath while wear them and I'm one of them. But like Deidre said you are required to wear them in the shops and all employees are wearing mask and sanitizing from what I experienced.
The people without masks woke up. They read the science. All people are welcome.
The family and I visited Old Town last Sunday and definitely witness employees as well as guests that were in and around shops wearing masks, signs to all shop entrances requesting masks to be worn. Walking up and down you do have the opportunity to eat, drink, smoke, converse and this is where you see people not wearing their masks which is appropriate to me because you're outdoors and you're not congregating and it's just plain too hot. So I'd have to say my experience was different the majority definitely have their masks

Yep..I did notice that too. Most of them did not have mask and the ones who wear them was not properly adjusted.

All employees wear mask. But they cant control the people who come in and out
