Is old Town open where u can look threw shops and stuff and is the drink stands open for like mixed drinks?

I was there a week ago and everything was open

2 weeks ago a lot of stores were open, and a week ago some of the stores were closed, and others open, some of them are requiring to wear masks, most restaurants are open and the rides are open too, toilet facilities are open too.

You should probably bring masks for just in case

It is. You can swing by and look through stores. The Japanese gift shop requires you to wear a mask and cannot have more that 6 people at a time, if I remember correctly. The haunted house is also closed, and the antique photo place has a special schedule. But otherwise, everything is open.
