I used the barcode they emailed me for my amazon return. The clerk just scanned the barcode from my phone and it printed her a label for my package. A few days later I got an email from Amazon letting them know they received my package. The clerk was super friendly and helpful.
Jennifer Pye -- I work at the Presque Isle facility and yes I can help you. As long as you have an email that either has a QR code or an actual label I can print you a label at the customer center very easily.

When i did my return all they asked me for was my last name and they printed the label there good luck
