They keep leaving expensive packages we order in the driveway in the snow. Idk why they won’t place them inside the door on the porch. Hell, even on the porch is better than the middle of my driveway. This happens everytime.

I used the barcode they emailed me for my amazon return. The clerk just scanned the barcode from my phone and it printed her a label for my package. A few days later I got an email from Amazon letting them know they received my package. The clerk was super friendly and helpful.
Please contact UPS and file a case. It will then be sent to the local UPS site and we will contact you about your missing or misdelivered package. Please have your tracking number available and easily accessible when you make the call.
If your package has a shipping label attached already you can drop off anytime from 6a.m. to 6p.m. Monday through Friday. If you customer assistance then we are currently only open from 9am-10am M-F. There will be some extended hours during the holiday shipping season (November and December). You can also use Goin Postal on North Street for drop offs. They ship for UPS, USPS and FedEx. If you have a return code or a QR code, make sure you attach that with your name and phone number to package. They cannot process that code and create a shipping label last I knew, but as long as that QR code and your contact info is current, they take your packages and I create the shipping labels from that QR code.
