Customer service at this Walmart is Horrible. Why when I go to a regular checkout, do they no longer load your groceries from the bag wheel to my cart. If I wanted self checkout, I would have gone there. I have a bad back and cannot pick up groc.

Don't be afraid to ask! I've shopped. there since it opened and believe me if you ask you'll be helped. I've never had a negative experience there. There employees are friendly and helpful.

I too have been shopping at this Walmart since it opened. I can safely say over the past 3 years it has declined and service cleanliness lack of registers being open and customer service it's non-existent.

Yes this supercenter is really good,all you have to do is ask for a helping hand and they will take care of it, sorry your experience here wasn't a good one.

I love this Walmart, I go all the time. Manager is super friendly and I never have a problem finding what I need!

If you ask them for help they always get somebody to help you. Even take your goods to your car and load it in. I have a bad back myself

I agree seems to be happening to a lot of Walmart's that little bit of extra help makes a difference in your shopping experience. Also Walmart needs to pay attention to the customers checking out when they have all the cashier lines closed and maybe two lines open I would like to get done and out of there before my ice cream melts and other things. And the cashiers are very rude usually because they're overworked and stressed out.

Never enough help. They depend on people using self check out, but when something goes wrong, it takes a bit to get the situation handled. Can be a bummer.

Removed all the waiting areas outside beauty salon and such areas..so you have to stand outside a closed fence even with an appointment. CDC guidelines and common sense seem to be lacking

I have never had a problem with customer service at this Walmart all the employees and management are very nice and friendly.

SOME CASHIER'S WON'T GO OUT THEIR WAY TO PUT GROCERIES ON YOUR BASKET

They're no longer required to unload the bags. It's recommended, but not required. They focus more on speed now.
