Does the owner and chef know how to make delicious entrees? 1st visit at opening. No steak knives for the steak on menu. What? 2nd visit. Not an impressive menu. 3rd visit. Terrible food. Chicken confit had 1 overcook.

My dh was also served a steak with no steak knife. Actually, he didn't need one. Our experiences there have been superb.

The menu varies during the year. The food is superb, the staff is friendly. I personally have not ever had a bad experiance, and I have been many many times.

Someone being pedantic? This place is consistetly great.
