I had knee surgery 30 years ago to repair a torn ACL and MCL (skiing accident). I have been using marijuana to help with the pain. Could this qualify for a prescription? Records are out of state, are they a must have (i have the scar to show)?

An ACL surgery does not qualify for MM. If you are having pain due to the surgery, they would question why didn't you go back to the Dr who performed the surgery. I also had ACL reconstructive surgery, they grafted my hamstring to replace the ACL. Only pain I ever get is if it's really cold out. Or when I was overweight. Good luck.

Yes this would definitely qualify. The more paperwork you have the better, but you should have no problem. Any recent Dr. Visit will help, any bill showing how long it has been....
