They do not have any parking, but across the street are private parking lots with handicap spaces. The building has ramps and elevators. Depending on the handicap needs, they do seem to have facilities.

There is a parking lot behind the convention center we used for our disabled. Gatlinburg in general is very handicap friendly, a few small overcrowded shops excluded
Parking is across the street.. Paid parking.. And they do have ramps. And handicap bathrooms
The convention center doesnt has specific parking spaces, but Gatlinburg offers multiple pay to park parking lots and the convention center is only a few short paces from them. Best is to drop the person who is handicapped off with someone and then park. I hope this helped!
