2 days 6 hours each dat. But watch out for michelle paquetre the lady on hr. She fired me on the end of my shift on the second day because she found out I'm in MAT treatment which is illegal
For me I currently work in The foundry on cko cut off second shift but for me personally it was two 6-hour shifts there was 2 days where I was training on first shift from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. a solid amount of those hours had consisted of sitting in a meeting room with the HR team going over the safety procedures of where we are and what we are doing and there was a couple hours of those days where we outside probably about 2 hours 2 to 3 hours of those 2 days where we had actually gone out into our workstation that we had got hired on and trained on some work but for the most part the orientation itself would be 2-6-hour days however I would say from my experience it was definitely worth it I enjoy working in The foundry I enjoy my job I enjoy the people that are around me that could most certainly definitely be just be the second shift employees that I am around it could just differentiate depending on the shift that you would be on to me it was worth it to me it was a great time.
