What are the Covid safety practices like here?

We’re following all the state protocol and received a perfect score from the RI department of health.

We dined here a several of times during our trip. The place was very clean and we did see them washing each table both tops and sides also each chair seats and seat backs. Wiped off salt pepper shakers. And dried with fresh cloth. Seems like the staff were still wearing masks and most patrons were wearing masks on the way to tables. We felt very comfortable with our visit to this restaurant. If I were a mystery shopper I'd would rate Greenwood Inn a 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. And felt like it was a teamwork effort, communication being their top priority. What had been completely cleaned and ready was told to the host. We did dine next to a window and it was cloudy at first and blinds were opened. Then the sun came with a glare.... noted that windows and blinds were very cleaned. So I used a fresh napkin to close our blind. Thought the blinds were very clean and so were the windows inside. Roadwork outside made it a little dusty outside. Felt that they gave 100% effort.
