They aren't allowed anywhere really, but on off hours and as long as no one was there I used to being my pup over... You can always walk to the rt.38 side and have the pup go in the water over there, would recommend a leash though
Not in the public/beach/kids play area!
Not on the beach and between May 1 and Oct 31, not really in the grass area. I bring Buddy though on leash.
