Yup, employees have been almost universally bad ever since they opened. Owners will make a semblance of caring, but nothing actually changes. They would offer store credit, but that didn't replace my incorrect order or time/effort on the day we order. Plus, the credit would somehow never be "in the book" when I next visited. Not worth the hassle to deal with that at the register because they refuse to properly train and/or supervise their staff.
