How do I know if I can buy Romaine Lettuce from you store. The CDC has warned not to eat bagged and other types of Romain lettuce because of ecoli ? It’s only coming from certain regions and they advise not buying it unless you confirm origin.

I would avoid this product until publicly announced that it is okay for consumption. But you could always ask the service desk for up to date info.

Fortunately for you i am in the produce field. Any questions you have you should call the store and ask for the produce manager. Now in my store which is different company I can tell you that all the whole romaine comes from a different state other than arizona and all the chopped romaine has been taken off the shelves and new chopped romaine from a different growing area has replaced any possible affected romaine. It is all clear and safe to eat but that is my store. Like i said any questions call and ask produce manager only.
