Hello Noelani, Thank you for reaching out! Most of our volunteer opportunities are during the day, when presumably you are in school. However if you and a parent/guardian want to volunteer over the summer break we would love to work with you. ( you must be accompanied by someone 18 years of age or older) Maybe delivering Meals on Wheels in one of the 14 towns we serve? Good morning Noelani, I hope someone has answered you, but just in case no one has, here's a couple of ideas. Call your local Senior Center, they sometimes know of a senior citizen that would love a friend to talk with, play games, have help with shoveling or vacuuming, and may even teach you how to crochet or knit. When my grandmother was alive, she was very afraid of thunder storms because lightning had hit her house & started a fire. She hated being alone and I had to work, so I would've loved if someone would've just checked in on her. Please be safe though, let your parents know where you are because you sound like a very smart and caring person. I am so proud of you trying to help, thank you!!!
