Can my landlord evict me or my fiance for wanting an emotional support dog even though he doesn't allow them we are both disabled with mental illness.

Sorry to hear about that Nasty Landlord !!!! The Corrupt system gives The Real Estate People more rights than the Tenants which is a Backwards injustice. I would definitely contact Legal Aid to speak to a Lawyer as soon as possible !!! Landlords don't care about Laws or Tenants rights ,they only care about Money and abusing their authority !!!! Don't delay get in touch with a Legal Aid Lawyer as soon as possible !!!! I'm not sure but it doesn't sound like a Landlord can evict you for having a Emotional support Dog or Pet if you have the Medical proof/ Documents to show it's necessary for your Mental health. You'll probably have to go to Court .good luck with everything !!!!
