My niece just bought a charger that didn't work took it right back in and the said it wasn't their charger and wouldn't exchange it or give her the money back. A 20 dollar charger. They wouldn't even give her a receipt!

Did she ask for the manager? She is very kind lady and fair. If not try the above comment or buy another one and get the receipt then return the broken one.

Try going to another racetrac.sometimes different managers are better to work with
