My niece is under 21 and has performed here many times to an under 21 crowd. It depends on the show I suppose.
It's a venue that has artists play live on stage. They do not offer lessons to my knowledge. Visit their website to see the complete list of musical performers that play shows for their fans. Shows are 21+ unless otherwise noted in their website and show flyers.
