I am trying to help my daughter with disabilities to find low income housing near or around East Hartford. She needs a place that goes by her income from the state of CT. I have tried 211. Where can I talk to a rental or housing counselor?

Some of the problem is I live in Florida now So trying to help her from here… (we visit each other frequently…) she can’t drive, how to see apartments? Thanks for your input 👍🏼
