I agree with Kelly the park is more of a neighborhood location. I doubt it would be profitable enough for a vendor. I'd suggest the Downtown Ocala Saturday market instead.
If you are planning to sell anything anywhere on city or county property you need to check into getting permits. In all honesty I am not sure Liberty Park would be the most profitable location.
