Usually just Friday though Sunday but pretty sure they are open every day this week for race week. Also open every day on bike week I'm told.

Open friday- Sunday but during bike week and race week there open all week
Usually Friday, Saturday and Sunday but they're open every day through Monday 2/18 for race week.
